Generally speaking, it takes about eight months from the time we obtain a permit.
When is the best season to start construction?
Gander Builders recommends a spring start.
Who finances the construction loan?
If we are building on your lot then you will obtain the loan. If we build on our lot then we will obtain the loan.
Who helps you design the house?
Gander Builders will assist you in the preliminary design phases of your home. We will then travel to our off site architect for final revisions and printing.
How often can you come visit the construction site of your home?
We welcome unlimited visits to the job site, but you must be accompanied by a Gander representative.
How do you reserve a lot in Flagstone or Cobblestone Walk Subdivision?
A refundable $10,000.00 deposit holds your lot for 60 days.
How do we price your house?
We sit down together, go room to room and document everything you want in the house. When you receive your price it will include everything so you don't have to worry about options and extra prices.

We strictly build only custom homes and try not to exceed eight homes a year . This way you get the personal attention you deserve.
