This phase of construction can vary by the amount of time you actually spend with the architect. Anywhere from a minimum of five weeks to over a year.

This phase is dependent on which days of the week the meetings take place, how often each month the Village meet and whether or not the home meets their approval the first time around (if it fails you will need to go back to the architect, which will need to fit it into his schedule to revise).
